Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

SatCom & Computers, LLC provides managed IT, telecom, security, and support services as described in our proposals and agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate data and system access, comply with all laws, and use services only for legal purposes.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due per agreement terms. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients may not use services to engage in illegal activity, distribute malware, or send unauthorized communications including spam or SMS without consent.

5. SMS and 10DLC Compliance

By providing your number, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages from SatCom & Computers. These may include appointment reminders, support updates, maintenance notices, or other service-related communications. Message frequency may vary depending on your service requests. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly at support@1satcom.com or (318) 256-1239. 6. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. See your service agreement for SLA details if applicable.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service according to the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments are due immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

Custom materials and tools developed by SatCom remain our property unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Privacy

Our use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you accept that policy’s terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months for the affected service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for claims related to your misuse or violation of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use indicates your acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Disputes will be resolved in Sabine Parish courts.
